Oh what a week...

sometime you just feel like the week has passed you by and then you realise it actually has. Today has been the day of the muppets. I am great at customer service (Littlewoods/Safeway & M and S made sure I am) but I am dealing with unreasonable people. I have a customer who claims we have damaged something and wants fully compensated but won't let us see the damaged item. Then threatens me with court action....I am sorry but I have to question her logic in that. If I can't see the damage I won't payout! Nutters! I came home today with the headache from hell but took a Nurofen super duper and thankfully it has lifted.

In my mission to keep a toddler occupied I have been at music classes, swimming, playgroup and football classes. I am under no illusion when I say Struan has a far better social life than me! He is a social butterfly however I have made a rod for my own back as when housebound for any length of time he turns into a terror. He has mastered the stairs and can unlock his eating chair and escape. He can now open all the doors into the house and if I lock one for damage limitation he just gets a chair to stand on so he can reach to unlock it. However he is out all weekend at various activities so hopefully he will have fun.



I have been playing with some Glimmer mist which arrived from Artcards (great service!) today. It is lovely and does what it says on the tin. I was not going to scrap tonight as I was feeling crap after work.

On a happy note the LO in my last post is being published in the next Rusty Pickle newsletter so that makes me SMILE. Hooray I have found something to smile about.
