Day 14

Today was a test off my will power as I was working with a friend who is a smoker and they were smoking while having a coffee with me. I did not smoke and I am delighted to be at day 14 and not to have lapsed once. Tomorrow I am back at smoking cessation to pick up some stopping smoking gum. Feeling very positive!
